Forage & Snacks
A Three-Hour Wild Food Adventure in Mid-Wales
What You’ll Experience
- A gentle 3-hour walk (typically 1–2 km, tailored to group needs and terrain)
- Identification of 15–20 wild species (plants, fungi, maybe a surprise or two)
- Tastings straight from the hedgerow and a wild snack prepared in advance; think wild soup, seasonal fritters, or a forager’s salad (all cooked safely and with dietary needs in mind)
- Stories, practical tips, and honest answers, no fluff, just real skills and lived experience
- Open Q&A. Ask anything, from bushcraft to recipe ideas

- A basket or bag for finds (if you want to take home samples)
